Privacy & editorial policy
Public by decision, never by accident.
What appears here
Only writing marked public, approved, and not a draft can be included in a production build. Placeholder examples are clearly identified.
What stays private
Raw journals, identification documents, private messages, precise financial information, medical details, children’s identifying information, customer or employee details, legal matters, addresses, and current travel plans do not belong in the public repository.
Human review
Automation may propose a draft, but it cannot approve, publish, merge, or change the privacy level of an article. Fiifi reviews the source notes, claims, people mentioned, and any sensitive-content warnings before publication.
AI assistance
AI-assisted writing must be identified in article metadata. The editor may only use notes intentionally placed in the private inbox, must not invent details, and must save its output as an unpublished draft.
Newsletter
The current form is a transparent placeholder. It does not transmit or store email addresses. This policy will be updated before a newsletter provider is connected.
Corrections and removal
Public writing may be revised or removed when it is inaccurate, unnecessarily exposes another person, or no longer meets this editorial standard.
